• Quality in process. We understand, for instance, that the color must be just right, and that minds change. So we build mock-ups to show the owner and architect what the final product will look like. And we make sure that we're organized enough to be nimble and efficient as new decisions are made.
• Information tracking and management. The myriad details of a new home require efficient tracking and timely communication. Tools such as our budget options log and our own computerized Project Management System (unheard of in residential construction) keep us on-schedule and on-budget.
